I just created a character an hour ago and i went to buy seeker for my archer in the market, i can’t buy it because it says “You need to be level 40 to use this” even though seeker minimum level is 15…
Just one of the useless restrictions of IMC, that changes nothing for botters, just for fair players.
That really sucks, good job IMC
Do you have a main? And token user? If yes, use team storage. I know it’s just a band aid solution, but helps you otherwise. Cant do anything bout those restrictions.

Restrictions are real!
This is my third character, I was able to buy from the market with my other characters at lower levels T.T
That’s a new restriction and was put up in last week’s maintenance.
Trading
Trading will now be restricted to cases which fulfill all of the following conditions:
a) TOS account is over 7 days old
b) Character is over level 40
Note 1: You must meet both conditions in order to be allowed trading, i.e. only characters which are both above level 40 and are from a TOS account older than 7 days are allowed to trade.
Note 2: Users who do not meet the conditions above will still be able to use NPC shops to buy and sell items.
Note 3: These measures are being implemented as a way to combat the recent rising number of fraudulent accounts using stolen credit cards and engaging in other illegal activities.

as for TOS account is over 7 days old. Is it include the account for the whole server or just account/family on specific server ? Because i just changed my server to play with friends and i got restriction 7 days for market. can someone clarify this thank you.
I thought you meant 40 years old with that title. I was already thinking “What is IMC coming to?”
This made me scratch my head. I was expecting to buy good equipment after creating a new avatar just to realize that I need to be at level 40 to use the market to buy stuff.
I guess I’ll be grinding slowly for the meantime.

If I would have a penny for each restriction. I would have none because pennies are restricted.
