I’m from SA and playing in NA Orsha, when i started the game tried to go to SA server but it was down so started in EU then moved to NA because the time zone is more similar to mine, i have no intention of moving to SA server and i want to buy the packages too but for Orsha…
Please do something about it, already asked on steam but i guess this is IMC fault after all… 
Steam has different region prices. The DLC costs about $17,71 in Brazil. For Brazilians (or other countries that pay cheaper) don’t got an advantage on the same server, they blocked regions.
This discrepancy gets worsen if the game plans to have a market within the steam and takes to a real money exploit that will break real and virtual market.
To avoid “I want to pay less” and “everyone wants the cheap server” there is a region block and “I want to choose the server to play” isn’t a option for paying users (unless you do tricks against ToS TOS and Steam TOS.)
There is difference not because other regions play less, but because like you said, Brazillians pay $17,71. But $17,71 equals R$ (Brazilian Reais) 63,45. Which is a huge slice of cake from what people get paid. It ends up making brazilian pay much MORE for the same product.
Which also means that if all prices were equal, less people from other countries would buy anyways, even in THEIR servers. It is not “unfair” to pay differently. If someone wants to pay less, let them move to Brazil and pay “less” as they say, for example.
What IMC did was cutting of potential buyers. They made their profit from “unfair” to zero to all SA, EU and CA players that play on NA, which should be International at the first place. People who played with friends, who made bonds with NA players and even have guilds way before SA server showed up.

Basically non-NA playing on NA servers might be screwed forever. :C
Hmmm just wondering, but how much is it paid for NA servers? coz for me its $19 and $20. Does that mean that NA server DLCs are more expensive??
I just hope that when we can buy TP directly is not restricted to regions or i’m screwed forever in Orsha.

I got EU veterans pack (But I play SEA Verena, and I want to trade for SEA veterans pack.
I believe the veteran pack’s token and scrolls are tradable.
Its worth taking the risk of being scammed than waiting for IMC to asnwer my ticket ^^

Of all the packs I’ve bought no token has ever been tradable at any point. So I doubt the new ones have a new database value for specific tradable tokens…
Just saying, they should make all packs the same price, and equals to the lowest price possible.
So say SA and SEA has the lowest price, the same price should apply to NA/EU servers.

Look a couple posts up I’m on Orsha from NA and didn’t buy those packs.
If you fill out a ticket claim and wait 3-5 business days without a response or with a response that denies appropriate assistance you can make a fraudulent charge claim with your payment company. In the end they will directly contact Steam or IMC to verify the payment, to which they will likely not respond in a timely manner, and you will be granted a full refund.
Make sure you have proof. So fill out a ticket under support with a time/date stamp.
Please, adress this issue. The recent announcement is great, but nothing has been said about this problem! We need a reply… At least think of a way to let everyone buy TP for the server they play on.
We are not asking for freebies, we are asking to let us PAY for your game. Is this bad?

the region lock is really dumb imo, i am from SA but i play in NA (i kinda live in SA and NA), but my steam acc is from SA and i can’t buy tp for my characters, i dont care about the price, i was willing to pay more in a NA server than i would in a SA server, but i cant. I really hope they fix this because not beign able to buy tp will defnaly make this game less appealing to me.
@STAFF_Max @STAFF_John @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Ethan this hasn’t been addressed in any of your recent announcements. Can you please let us know what is going on with these ridiculous restrictions and what you plan to do to fix this situation?

It’s me… live in SEA but play in EU
because it’s less player, less bot here but never know before that I can’t buy DLC because of region lock.
This DLC region lock is ridiculous. I am from Brazil, but plaing on a NA server (Orsha) as well. I made the mistake of buying the Beginners pack for SA, and now I cannot redeen it on the server that I play.
I went on to try to buy the other pack for NA this time, but it tells me my region is locked. Really?
I am hoping the TP shop will be opened soon, and that IMC will allow this DLC to be transferred around servers.
While we may not be able to purchase the DLC for servers outside of our home region, it would seem that we are able to buy TP for all regions. (providing you pick the current server bundle of course) 
I just confirmed this by purchasing the “100 TP bundle for NA servers” pack on their Steam page, and was able to redeem it successfully on Orsha despite being from the UK.
