Please, adress this issue. The recent announcement is great, but nothing has been said about this problem! We need a reply… At least think of a way to let everyone buy TP for the server they play on.
We are not asking for freebies, we are asking to let us PAY for your game. Is this bad?

the region lock is really dumb imo, i am from SA but i play in NA (i kinda live in SA and NA), but my steam acc is from SA and i can’t buy tp for my characters, i dont care about the price, i was willing to pay more in a NA server than i would in a SA server, but i cant. I really hope they fix this because not beign able to buy tp will defnaly make this game less appealing to me.
@STAFF_Max @STAFF_John @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Ethan this hasn’t been addressed in any of your recent announcements. Can you please let us know what is going on with these ridiculous restrictions and what you plan to do to fix this situation?

It’s me… live in SEA but play in EU
because it’s less player, less bot here but never know before that I can’t buy DLC because of region lock.
This DLC region lock is ridiculous. I am from Brazil, but plaing on a NA server (Orsha) as well. I made the mistake of buying the Beginners pack for SA, and now I cannot redeen it on the server that I play.
I went on to try to buy the other pack for NA this time, but it tells me my region is locked. Really?
I am hoping the TP shop will be opened soon, and that IMC will allow this DLC to be transferred around servers.
While we may not be able to purchase the DLC for servers outside of our home region, it would seem that we are able to buy TP for all regions. (providing you pick the current server bundle of course) 
I just confirmed this by purchasing the “100 TP bundle for NA servers” pack on their Steam page, and was able to redeem it successfully on Orsha despite being from the UK.
Dont buy the packs, waste of money on a sh.it pack. I dont get how people are willing to waste their money on that. Wait till the game.improves and be smart not a dumbo which throws money to the trash.

What about i’m from South America and play on Klaipeda server. How can I buy TP if it only offers me the SA packs?

You can buy the TP packs from the store page , see the steam workshop itens , the DLCs are region locked

Are you sure you’re looking at the TP bundles and not the DLC? (beginner/veteran packs)
The DLC is region locked, but you should be able to buy TP for other regions if you look just below the DLC selection on Steam. Unless the TP bundles are region locked for SA folk for some reason. (would be good if any other SA folk could confirm if they’ve been able to purchase TP for other servers)

We can now buy TP for the servers we play on! Thanks, IMC. Let us hope that any future DLC packs will not be region locked.
