Which ( Ranger / Quarrel Shooter) has a better combo with Falconer > Cannoneer?

Probably Ranger because of Steady Aim and AoEs
If you’re going Ranger, you only need one circle because post steady aim nerf gives you no reason to continue to C2 or C3. It’s a difference between a 20% buff and a 10% buff. Barrage’s damage is fine at Lv. 5, because at level 15 there is approx. only a 200 difference in Barrage’s skill damage for a 10 SP investment. Taking one circle of Ranger allows you to experiential and take something else in it’s place. Other options include variations such as Sapper 2, Archer 2 with Wugushi, etc etc.
I’d say if you don’t go planning on C3 ranger do not try to pick even a single rank on ranger.
it’s either ranger C3 or not. the reason is because the scaling of lvl15 steady aim is not worth it if you don’t go lvl15 barrage. imagine 20% additional damage + 100 physical damage (lvl50 attr). for 16 shoots? calculate that.
no … ranger 1 is fine … and u can invest on better 2 class, instead ranger c3
If you want AoE PvE build, use this
also viable in PvP because you got scout c1, but will be not good against single target
