I would replace Ranger with Rogue for utility. Coupled with Scout’s Cloaking and Hunter’s holding skills (Coursing and Rush Dog’s stun), Sneak Hit and Feint can work well with your Cannoneer skills if done right.
Be noted that there is no 100% crit chance/rate in this game that would apply against all monsters/players, especially when going against high CON / high crit resist enemies.
Swift step’s attribute is dependent on your DEX as well as crit rate from equips (please correct me if I’m wrong, crit rate from equips could be applied right after the base crit rate + S. Step attribute’s bonus).
Level 5 Sneak Hit, though requiring you to position yourself behind the enemy (or use Feint w/ back roll attribute to turn your enemy around), guarantees a 70% crit chance (independent of your DEX or crit rate). This build will allow you to move some points from DEX into STR for better damage.
Except for your Cannoneer skills, this build seems to focus on 1v1 PVP. Great set of utility skills though.
Full dex seems OK, but you’ll need decent CON to survive in PVP. Unfortunately Archer’s HP scaling per CON point is so bad. I had 60+ CON on my lv.210 Falconer which just gave me around 10k+ HP.
Pet’s Targetting AI is really buggy at the moment (sort of random targetting). If your enemy has summons or traps or even their own companion, there’s chance your pet will target those instead when you use your Hunter Skills.
The way I work around this problem is to cast Pointing as soon as the duel starts so my pet focuses on the target (still tricky to execute when they have a companion/summon up already). You can use Full Draw to push and bind their companions/summons away for some time (I haven’t tested Fluflu on them yet if it works). I then follow it up immediately w/ either Coursing or Rush Dog, then I go about my DPS combo.
