I turned into a sapper c2 with A2, and to with doubts, which is better in general? PVP and PVE being, wugu3 or scout, hawk and cannon? I did not like the idea of wugu2 and cannon because I feel that no scout is bad PVP, thanks to those who helped me 
While Scout can provide great utility in PVP, Wugu3 isn’t bad as long as you know how to keep distance, avoid getting closed in or CC’ed.
The awful downside of Wugu though is that it can be countered with antidote. Fletcher3 perhaps?
Your second build is ok all-around.
Fletcher did not find it interesting, I was confident with wugu3 only saw that their damage is not as high late game, so was thinking the build cannon. GVG Wugu I imagine that it shines but PVP has to be well tatic right?

Not just for Wugu, but for any class, most specially when you don’t have an escape plan except running away.
Doesn’t poison damage scale with STR? Or was that for bleeding only?
