Can I switch back to Archer after Ranger?

Title say it all. I’m planning on a fletcher build and was going for Archer c1 Ranger C3 but now I want to go Archer c2 instead. I’m actually ranger c2, can I choose Archer c2 as my next circle or I need to reroll right now?

Also, I was aiming for 60 spr and already put some points in it, is it worth it or I should stop putting points in it?

You can go to Archer C2 anytime you want as long as you don’t “run out of Ranks”, what i mean is, as long as it is inside the actual 7 Ranks you can go archer anytime you want.
