Can I please have some advice?

All options will have Archer1-Ranger3-Archer2. What option is better for the next ranks?

A.) Scout-Musketeer
B.) Falconer-Musketeer
C.) Falconer-Cannoneer

I want a PvE build but can still participate in PvP as well. Thanks.

This will still do good in PvE, right?

Why did you only put 8 points on Swift Step? The crit rate attribute adds like 3-4 sec on CD IIRC. I might consider putting 1 point in Penetration Shot, is it aoe per trigger or only one enemy per trigger?

Good point. Swift Step should be 9 or 10 then. Thanks for catching that.

Penetration Shot is a line AoE. You should put at least 1 point into the two aoe’s, since it’s better to have it than to not have it. Some put 1 pt into Butt Stroke and Bayonet too… it’s up to preference.

I can’t really fully use the aspd of qs due to my ping.

I will put a point in Penetration Shot then. But no points for the melee ones, I don’t want to get near the enemies because I’ll be dead instantly lol.
