Can Bleeding crit? Someone said it can, but I never saw it.

Wugushi poison canNOT crit.
Bleeding canNOT crit.
Just the initial hits can crit, the DoT cannot crit.
A2 Rang1 Wugu3 Rogue1 Mergen1, iDreamy variance build.
Or a2 Sap2 Wugu3 Mergen1, harumi build. (no ranger though)
