I kinda remember now gets around 1:1 spr/con at low level before reset stat.
Have no problem hitting mob…
So anyone have patch note about Spr or Block Penetration ?
( i get spr because Umbo Blow drain too much sp…)
I don’t have the answer since I got pretty high spr as well. Saw something about higher level mobs can block quite often. You might have to ask those dps who never invest in spr how often mobs block in late game.

Guys without block pen.
Will lose 20~40% of they’re attacks if they’re unlucky. Atleast against tank mobs of the warrior class.
Mage class isn’t so much a problem… block wise.
