Nineteen…
@Melon flagging aside, I’ve sent those mails now, at least in the kr email.
I wondered if posting that email was a good idea for that very reason, but then found it in a past announcement they made themselves.I can only hope people act mature and rational, because that’s the only way to expect the same in return.Thank you from this melon’s heart for sending them a message.
@SmokingWeed I flagged you because you used a racial slur.Notice how I didn’t flag your last response before this one.I don’t care that much about curse words, but this is an international game that has no room for racism.
@think-of-name-later Thank you for all the support.I really hope we can keep this going and gain some traction.
Don’t feel the troll. He’ll get bored and wander away. Best to keep this topic on the right coarse because it’s a rather important subject for all players.
Edit: LOL I said feel instead of feed*… Don’t abuse your trolls either. @,@;
as someone who played Korean Games and stuff, i suggest not using Google Crapslate for your English to Korean Translation Language
since there are lots of misleading translations from it :v
Ah I forgot to update the main post with @Rob-Mar’s suggestion.Or do you have a different alternative to recommend? Thank you for the input!
I also sent them a mail on that KR one and I really hope they notice our emails.
This one is a translator I’ve been using from the past Korean games I’ve played. I’m still unsure of its accuracy though but it’s from a Korean site.
I will try sending them an email later.
Considering it’s Naver? It’s a lot more credible than Google Translate.
Does Daum have the same
service?
The urgency email is meant for things like the server crashed or whatever other emergency. If you use it to cry, they won’t pay attention to us when a real emergency happens.
Its like calling 911/110 because your pizza delivery guy wasn’t fast enough. It’s really not meant for this. So stop it and use the email for what it’s actually for.
I hope they temp ban you people for using the email wrong.
temp ban ppl for using email wrong… meanwhile they do nothing for their own game.
you think imc is completely upside down in their thinking? they are already doing horrible. tempbanning would just be fuel for fire.
i dont think 30 kids got together and decided to create a game that gained world wide attention just so they could ■■■■ down all their throats…
Hello.
First, please understand that the urgency mail is strictly for, well, urgent issues, like a server going down. While we appreciate your active feedback on what we know are rather pressing issues, we ask you to keep it to channels other than the urgency mail. Thanks!
That said, it’s not the first time we see the sentiment of this thread reflected in other players’ feedback, and while can see how our current major issues are affecting a large number of players and are of course in need of being fixed, we sure don’t want our community to feel like they or the game are being ignored.
We do always keep an eye on the forums and assess players’ opinions on any issues or changes that occur in the game, but we can’t always reply in every individual thread or comment about them. Any updates that come up are made public via official announcement, so that’s the surest way to know about what we’re doing and where we’re going with the game.
On the other hand, we can also see how at least part of the community is hoping for a different approach from our side on the things you mention here. I can’t say for sure that there will be immediate changes, and obviously there’s no way to please everyone, but it can turn into something for us to consider, so thank you for voicing out your concerns.
Thank you for the response,I very much appreciate it.
With all due respect,in that case it should be a huge red flag to the development/management team.I know I am not the first, but I could certainly be the last [I would love that, actually].If you can see what these issues are doing to your players and can’t immediately fix them, that’s okay and people will be understanding of that **if you assure them that their exact issue is being worked on,and keep them updated on its status.**People here will appreciate that more than you know, and the number of angry threads and tickets will go down.
I think all of us realize you can’t reply to every single thread or complaint, but from our point of view, staff barely replies to any at all. That is why we feel so ignored.Even if it’s a really small update,or what the development team will eventually bring here,or even a repeat answer in a handful of threads a day, seeing that you care enough to take the time to answer is more than enough to boost the morale of this forum. Please don’t take this as me thinking you guys do a bad job. What I do see is nice and I’m sure you do more that we don’t get a chance to see,but when the public image of the game is as rocky as it now,I think it needs to be more.
Thank you so much for that,it makes me feel better that our concerns are understood by a member of staff and were even answered at all. It’s nice to know that someone was paying attention after all [especially on a weekend].I hope this was not in vain and that ToS can truly take a turn for the better,it’s all we want, really.
Hoho, now i understand why people like you so much here.
I’m really glad you took the time to respond.
I am not normally the doomsayer type or the one who buys into hype. But honestly, the lack of responses is worrying.
We love this game. We love the forums. We don’t want to have to swim through all this hate to find a tiny island of decent topics, you know?
I really suggest you guys consider locking threads/warning users that have nothing other than homophobic remarks, racial slurs, or just general hate for your company.
I know it’s probably a lot to do while trying to keep the game running/fixing stuff that we’re complaining about, but it would be amazing if you just took action on a few threads a day.
Just try to be a bit more active. It’s really concerning how quiet it gets.
And don’t let the jerks of these forums feel it’s okay to not only slam your company and your game, but other users as well. >_<
I try not to be too gushy…
I blame Melon. Her words inspired me.
But you know, I guess ToS is worth it. >\\>

I am tired of reading nothing “new” from the Staffs. All day hateful and whiney threads…
I really like the Game and it is concering how quiet it is. It is so quiet you could say it “sounds” dead.
A little bit of community work would be great.
I miss Julie, she did a good job. At least she answered threads here and did some other forum work. (closing, editing, etc)
Thanks @Melon !! And all the other people still believing and caring for this game!
Lets keep it like this.
Hope to play this a whole bunch of years. and not only 1 or 2 (please no dead servers T-T)
Good day all! Keep the work up.
I will go battle some laggs (And the dungeon queue reset bug atm. You wont get me down!! No no no!!!)
Just a thing guys, it’s nice to have @STAFF_Ines replying here but it will not adress any of our concerns.
We don’t need the staff flooding “your concerns have been duely noted” on every issue either.
What we need is a devteam/company/whatever/callitasyouwant who cares.
Caring means that when a bug is reported, you guys actually try to fix it asap.
Caring means that when community voice concerns about the game being ■■■■■■ (AH unusable, servers being unplayable the WE), you guys actually set up workarounds.
Caring means not letting the game rot for weeks. Seriously, aren’t you ashamed by the weekly patch notes ?
Having @STAFF_Ines replying here doesn’t mean that imc cares. It only means that @STAFF_Ines took time to write an answer. It may be part of his/her job. Maybe the upper guys were annoyed of all theses emails and asked @STAFF_Ines to take action. You don’t know.
This is what I will remember of this reply.
Basically, if you guys keep bothering imc, they’ll be forced to take action.
Maybe they’ll just close iTOS because they don’t want to be bothered by the community and don’t want to allocate more than a fraction of their time to it either.
Maybe they’ll actually hire people to manage it as it should.
ps : using a browser without an english dictionnary sucks. All this red…
You and I both basically had the same takeaway, the last part.
If I was satisfied with the answer,I would have marked it as solved and said “Thanks for showing up! Close the thread good job everyone!” and left it at that, but I’m honestly not. It’s also why I haven’t modified any of the main post, because I still think they’re the best ways to go about showing our concerns instead of this forum.
I just meant it’s nice that staff even noticed and responded in any way at all,I would have said the same even if the reply were more negative.I realize the staff is limited in power and probably know things they can’t necessarily say to us,but a good portion of our complaints stem from how the forums have been for a while, and they certainly have the power to improve that.I don’t know if they get paid or not,or it’s lower on the priority scale, but something needs to change.
Basically,my feelings are: To keep the last part of that response in mind, just like you.To as usual, keep hope for better patch notes this coming week, and to keep people talking about this subject.I think it’s too important and this has been going on long enough.
Fight the lag!
I won’t let it bring me down either. I know there are plenty of users not only fighting lag, but constant disconnects, ques, and even unable to access the servers completely at all.
I know that people will find the will to stay. Maybe not a lot, maybe the few people posting in this thread are a rare type of ToS player that can withstand all this thrown at them.
My heart goes out to the current servers that are basically unplayable, pushing people away. But it’s really nice to see some of them still here and I’m thankful that even some of them not only stay, but do their best to make the forums awesome.
I can’t name anyone in particular, but I’m sure those people know I’m talking to them.
I will not be leaving ToS until they either force me out or taken down the servers.

Either way, I’ll be deciding on the best course of action to get through to them. Me and my trusty sledgehammer have our ways.
Also I’ll be more proactive with my flags daily, trying to take down topics that hurt the game, or the community.
I’d like to help be part of the solution as well.
