C1 Archer C3 Quarrel C3 Wugushi

I have grand cross, arde, and some elemental damage on my headgears.
I want to know if that is a ok build to do things solo, and some missions / dungeon with people.
I dont want to be a useless archer.
I am planning to add some CON but not much just something like 60~70 points, and everything else to STR to max damage.

It that ok? the CON will be something like 5 points to STR one to CON.
For skill’s i want to know the ones that are needed for leveling / soloing and the ones that are better for bosses.
I dont care about PVP at least not for this character.

thats my build… right now im a c1 A C3 Q c1 Wugu…i rely on my RS all the time

You seem to be PVE focused? Drop Wugu C3 and stop at C2. Take Cannoneer on Rank 7 then your build will be AOE viable for Earth Tower.
