Accidentally sold a thing thinking it was garbage, am I able to buy it back? Is this a bug (that I cant) or was it removed?
Thanks.

Not a bug.
…also not a great idea, but low-priority compared to other stuff. it isn’t that hard to google for items you don’t know, and double-check before clicking then “sell” button.
Thanks for the confirmation.
Just a lapse in judgement on my part, saw it as a rock in my inventory next to the other junk type items, didn’t really think of it. Sucks to be me, haha. Oh well!
Thanks again!
I was in the same shoes as you, sold my Yonazolem Fragment and Scorpio Hook and now I can’t make my Rokas Leather Armor, I will try killing the boss again and see if it drops again, but judging that it comes as a quest reward, I’m not keeping my hopes up.
These items should be “quest items”… sold mine as well…
why would they be quest items? they aren’t used for a quest.
hey i know what, we should make EVERYTHING a quest item, then you could never accidentally sell anything.
or on purpose either, but i mean, what else could we do. it isn’t like it’s right to expect the players to think about what they’re doing is it?
then they will enchant gems with those items.
Not to offend anyone in this or similar threads, but average user nowdays:
Other quest items aren’t used for quests either, though.
edited because i realize what you mean; like the “warp to start of zone” crest, and so on.
however, i still feel it doesn’t apply, since that would mean that you couldn’t trade/market the items.
i would love it if the inventory system had some kind of cross-referencing. like in addition to the untradeable/unenhanceable marks, it would mention “you need this for a recipe you own” or “you need this for a collection”.
i… really WISH i could disagree with you… but my only complaint about that is that it’s missing the part where he throws it on the ground smashing it, and then blames the people who make the glass.
jeezuz, i can’t stop giggling at that gif.
Are those mats tradeable? I know the quest recipes and crafted item aren’t, but never checked the ingredients.
good point, i’m only assuming they are. but checking again up the post, they were mentioned as quest rewards, so not actually sure they are.
in THAT case, i would agree that they definitely need to be farmable from -somewhere-.
then again, anything below endgame level gear i really am not that bothered by, since it will all get replaced eventually.
