Fri = Friday.
Apr = April.
So you can only buy it… at a date that has already passed XD
You should probably send a ticket.

That is, they will not even do anything. It was a standard answer. (This month I did not buy anything at all)
Answer to them that the given date has already passed, and that’s your issue.
From my experience, they tend to send one “automated” answer at first, but if you push it more and ask for more details/answers, eventually someone will seriously reply (but I agree it shouldn’t be like that…).
We can also tag the forum staff though so they can maybe ask the ticket people to look more into it:

Still have not been fix, although in a repeated application, on June 24 they wrote that they would hand over to the right specialists. How can I fix this bug? It seems the local tech support is completely incompetent?

I have the same problem, and my “date” given is the past 10 of may… my token and my free 7 day token already expired and I cant take money either from my team storage!

OP, you paid for something IMC is refusing to deliver, ask Steam for a refund, otherwise is just plain theft from IMC.

He payed for TP not for a token. Judging by his intention to exchange it for the token we can safely assume that he received it.
Having said that, @OP feel free to ask for refund since you are not getting the expected results from your purchase, or pressure IMC to solve your issue ASAP and think twice next time you are considering investing any real money or time in this game.
