Kabbalist into Inquisistor seems to be quite popular in Korea for PvP. R7X was already very powerful and Ein Sof gave players durability vs. the tremendous damage from R8 classes. Inquisitor is so strong because it’s base damages are quite high enough to kill even while committing to a full constitution build.

For all intents and purposes, it looks like a fine, strong, PvP build. Though it lacks the ability to resurrect it has quite strong pressure vs. enemy teams with Dievdirbys circles and can fearless approach and fight with R7X, Ein Sof, and the ensemble of offensive Inquisitor skills.

Only gripe is it wouldn’t perform very well in PvE, but that holds true for many PvP builds to be fair.

Hi Saintone. i sent a message in your inbox but i will post it here aswell.

so im currently 171 Cleric c2 - Diev c3.

i was thinking about picking next [R6] Miko c1 - [R7] ? - [R8] Taoist.

so my questions are:

  • for R7 i was thinking of getting priest for the “revive” skill only. is it worth getting it?

  • Can you still be a great support without PD will there be any consequences or negatives about it ?

  • what might be your other alternatives in what class to pick for R7 - R8? if i pick miko as my R6.

since i dont have any far experience on clerics. i was thinking if this would work. can you give me some small explanations or opinions about this

It is worth taking a rank of Priest for Revive, so long as they don’t later add another job that invalidates Resurrection.

You can be a fine support without Plague Doctor. Plague Doctor gives you tools to hybridize between attack and offense. That being said, taking Plague Doctor is fine as a support, since the job has plenty of non-damage utilities.

Kabbalist + Inquisitor is viable (and strong) if you want to PvP. The latter is strong enough to kill without strength and dexterity, and it’s commonly taken in Korea. I would not take Taoist with Dievdirbys, it sounds like hell material-wise. Otherwise I’m most partial to Plague Doctor C2.

I can only suggest Plague Doctor C2 if PvE is your objective as a magic DPS build. I have arguments against any other class.

@DacreFullbuster - Due to the lack of people queuing PvP since a lot of skills have been crashing people in TBL there haven’t been many matches that I could get. Plague Vapors hits around 3’000 to 5’000 damage per tick on most players.

I wanted an all-encompassing test of survival and damage over time, so this trial is what I came up with.

I’ll try again after Agni is released.

my laima’s effect place now will be moved if the statue move and the owl statue cant be use in TBL, is it a bug ? or a nerf ? hope u help me

@DacreFullbuster - The 315 purple blunt is quite good if you have no intentions of reinforcing or transcending your weapon. The base amount of magic attack is very high (811 to 963, along with additional base damage on Heal and Cure). If you want to push additional power however, it cannot surpass this margin. The 315 orange blunt is much more powerful and probably the single-strongest item for this build, but it doesn’t exist yet in any capacity even in kTOS.

Patience while best, is probably too much to expect when it comes to obtaining it.

@pinobaby9 - Technically a nerf, but nothing to really fret about really. It’s a minor inconvenience, the Laima effect. As far as Carve Owl being unusable in TBL, this is a bug. It will be resolved at a later date.

I want to PvE content only like a solo / farming stuffs, just wondering what is the best path to go, i have some in mind:

Bokor2 or 3>Diev1>Oracle>PD2
Bokor2>Diev1>XXX>PD2 / XXX= maybe an Oracle1 or Miko
Diev3>Druid or Oracle or Miko>PD2

i just want to DPS everything with my Cleric and ofc solo leveling / PvE content with my Guild m8’s

hi veritas I wanna ask something, can I use Nuale card *10 7cards, so i will get 70% mdeff?
Im confuse to use what cards, coz chapparition just give matk if I use pot first

That is fine if you want to play a tankier, sturdier playstyle. Nuale’s percentage based though, so be prepared to find magic defense from various sources to increase the yield.

Chapparition and Nuale may be the only interesting cards for us at the moment. I’d like to experiment with Magburk however.
