Currently a1>r3>Fletcher1>falconer and aiming to get cannoneer. Having second thoughts on my stat allocation. Had 3dex:1str glasscannon build, but recently learned/or disinformed that Dex has got a sort of hardcap. Does anyone know the specifics?
