The same thing happens with the Min Village Mayor when talking to him after your first arrival. Also happens with Alchemist Master Vaidotas when freeing him.
+1 there’s a ton of this error floating around in various quest conversations, doesn’t seem to affect gameplay otherwise, so really just a bummer for anyone trying to actually read the dialogue
