Honestly, it has come to irritate me a lot for the botters farming and selling gold. I have some suggestions.

  1. Town gold-sellers - Add website addresses into banned words like how we handle vulgarities and run analytics on most used words and phrases they use. Use that result and disconnect anyone using all of them in 1 text box.

Come on, there should be at least one person on the team capable of using SAS text mining or anything similar to pull the data out and write some code to change words to ***** and d/c them. Stop the selling, the farming bots will go away.

They are actively banning bots and gold sellers, do your part and report them.
Gold sellers aren’t stupid and can avoid word filters easily by manipulating the message, so that’s a bad suggestion that would take time / effort to implement without having a big impact on gold sellers.

The game surely won’t die from gold seller spam, you are exaggerating.
Every MMO, p2p / b2p / f2p has gold sellers, it’s nothing unusual.
