Can’t, since most IPs are dynamic, not assigned to one person.
Can ban every account though, make them pay another ~200$. Maybe even get in touch with Steam even and see if they can work something out and start locking out accounts by hardware? Not sure if Steam has that capacity, sadly. Would be nice to mess up bots though.
the devs can give VAC ban on STEAM accounts.

the pressing down the Z button bullshit? thats cheating. that is not how this game is meant to be played hence it is unacceptable and DISRUPTIVE. If you ask me, ban all of those suspected botters. VAC ban the F out of them. i dont think IMC has the balls to do so since those are potential SALES. the mighty dollar will still win

The problem is, a VAC ban just bans the account from the game. They can make a new one
