If a character that has the same lvl as a boss taking it out alone then whats the point of partying? I enjoy the game otherwise cause it is a good game but the bosses are way to weak to kill, i wanna party taking out a boss not do it solo every time cause it gets boring after awhile. If this game is more challenging we will get more players on this game, believe me, so PLEASE make the bosses more challenging.
Try mission dungeon, bosses there are much better than quest bosses.
Although I do agree that boss need to get better, maybe they should kill range characters more than currently, only toast melee.

revinepede was already not fun at all at level. Coming for a +22 weapon user with 15k health…And you want them to make the boss stronger…
People say that denoptic is strong… Lol, there’s no way to avoid or counterplay the high damage poison from revinepede. Seriously, this boss is much more harder then denoptic.
I’m pretty low lvl, like 77 and having played solo as a sapper and regarding denoptic vs ravinepede…
Ravinepede is pretty annoying cuz those poison aoe’s literally spawn under your feet, pretty much unavoidable! but the damage is very low. This is coming from a dude with 4 con at lvl 63ish (like 2.5k hp). Just using the 80silver lowest pots pretty much good enough to heal through the poison, and I consider myself a frugal player.
I guess I had advantage of using detonate trap to remove the poison floors but the dot debuff still lasts like 9 seconds iirc + so extra floor time was sort of negligeable.
In comparison, with Denoptic, I can actually die to this guy. When he does his invincible spinning mode, it’s fairly easy to avoid provided you didn’t get rnged hard (like standing in a corner and he falls right in front of you) but when you do get hit you’re probably dead. And some of his other atks have pretty fat hitboxes too to finish you off if you survived. I could trivialize denoptic by dpsing him down in like 4-6 casts of skills due to him having flying tag as a sapper, but when I tried shooting him down slowly with only normal atks I died more than once after failing to dodge once or twice…
And It’s much worse on the first time fighting him lol…
I can see how solo melee is gonna probably eat a lot of damage against Denoptic but they also have tools to counter: cleric have the safety zone and swordsman can use pain barrier and sprint + their high base hp to avoid getting instagibbed via knockdown combo.
In short I think denoptic way harder than ravinepede. Well I can’t really remember most of ravinepede’s stuff but I think being able to forget it mean’s it wasn’t that impactful to me as a fight.
So from my limited experience (team level 1 still :P), I agree most bosses are too squishy for high dps character and a lot of them are just in general too easy.
Also I think one silly think about bosses is the sprites: because they have different sprite depending on the direction they are facing, sometime’s it is hard to be able to tell what attack they are doing from their start up animations.
PS: I did these both these bosses like 20+ times each.
Clearly OP haven’t reach level 100 or participate in dungeon yet.
Though I agree with OP on the boss is not being challenging. It’s literally a HP sponge as of current.
There should be some memorable boss for each few map in the quest line.
