I have been playing the Korean beta and let me say this, i know movement is important in a boss fight to avoid damage and lag will make it impossible and i am playing this solo.
But, i feel like they do waaay to much damage, to the point where if you get hit once you already have to change how you approach things, if you even survive.
I am fine with you being somewhat crippled by your inability to dodge, but in no way should i be so frustrated with some quests where i get one shooted while i am stunlocked by enemies atack that do 1 point of damage.(FIY yes i am salty as f***) EDIT: oh and please fix the mouse + keyboard or at least make it so i can rebind things(i don’t know if it exist, it’s in korean) it makes it so difficult to movement properly if you keep attacking while you try to move.

Btw, the higher your level is, harder will be the boss.
No i created an account a long time ago, now, i would understand if it was a highlevel boss, but it was almost the same level as me so doing 1k damage in one single atack is just way too much.
Is the boss, an instanciated boss i mean for a quest?
Or its a boss in an open map?
I think the bosses are fine…? Most attacks are easy to dodge, even with lag, at least for a ranged class.
I only couldn’t solo 1 boss so far with my Pyro.
Instanciated for a quest, its not even a boss in that it is one huge baddie, it is four enemies that you have to kill only one spawn at a time, you have to kill it using an item that will make the archers, which there is a lot of them, respawn after death and will atack the “bosses”, now i am playing a meele class that is going the damage route if a more than inefficient build, with lag, and what i think is a broken way to play the game(the mouse thingy i mention in the op), so it’s not that i think it is such a bad design it’s just a lot of small problems turn into one big problem that is too much.
I does not think bosses are way too strong, if peoples would stop spending all their status points on attack attributes, they would last longer on the combat by spending some points on health.
But if it’s acceptable to do that during the gameplay, then it means that the game is not really balanced.
Yes i think it might be way easier with range if you are going solo, i am a meele and have to react to atacks and because i have lag, it becomes way more difficult dodging as i start at their AOEs and have to move from there, which is hard sometimes as some have a bigger aoe and/or smaller animations(i guess?) before they use their skills.
Yeah I saw one bokor who had 100 str and other stat for like 10… No wonder why they dont last…
Now i would agree with this, but this brings a whole another problem with it because i am not really going with a crazy build, different yes and maybe inefficient but i don’t think it really is that bad, at least it wasn’t until i got in the boss fight that i commented, and it really isn’t the normal atacks that are killing me that much, is the sometimes unpredictable aoe atacks that deal a lot of damage, coupled with an stunlocking normal atack of archers that deal 1 damage and make it way harder if not impossible to dodge.
Oh no bosses are too hard wah.
bosses to hard from all the boss videos ive seen all the bosses look easy to me? comparing it to games where u cant even afford to die once to the boss in the dungeon cause i cant revive and u have to learn every mechanics imo they dont look to hard ive seen worst
Bosses shouldn’t be easy, at least.
Being a skillful player tends to be meaningless in MMORPGs. I’m glad that’s not the case here.
I have one question for you regarding boss difficulty.

Do you have any CON at all? No CON will make you easy to kill.
Do you have any decent gear? You may need to spend a bit of time searching for and saving up for higher gear if you aren’t able to kill something with your current gear/lvl/stats.

But bosses being hard is a great thing, why would I want to bunnyhop my way to level 250+ on my own and with zero risk/fun?. Winning without an actual challenge is boring and worthless.
I really hope the difficulty scaling makes having a full party mandatory for endgame bosses.
Boss are not too hard it’s just more easy for ranged people, well for melee it’s a nigthmare but it’s also funny because you really need to be focus and i enjoy challenge like that 
Does your gear match your level? You may need to familiarize yourself with the bosses tells and time your actions and movements. If that’s not enough then form a party to clear it. Soloing is possible but you’re meant to work together with other players. Use the party matching feature.
