Current Tos Bosses has very long cooldown after attack.The slow combat pace isn’t a matter of global cooldown, it’s a result of slow monster movement, attacks and reaction speed… If the monsters were sped up a bit, the combat pace would be faster. The bosses seem so sluggish and predictable… They just aren’t that dynamic.

Let bosses be repeatable

Dont increase the difficulty only by adding a lot of Hp and damage to monster.

2. Lower their damage. Some bosses where able to 1 shot me, and the animation of some attacks is quite fast.(Also not everthing is
telegraphed).

To address a couple:
/2. Many attacks no longer have the indicator at higher levels. It goes away as you progress.
/6. Many bosses place debuff “totems” on the ground. Some are traps to catch players, others lower attack or prevent attacking at all. Some bosses also cast spells that lower armor or cause CC.
For #2 doesn’t that mean it’s just luck if you get hit or not? The indicators at least give you the chance to dodge if you are skilled enough. It doesn’t take too many hits to drop a player, so turning dodging to luck doesn’t seem like the answer.
.#2 - Around level 30 the bosses stopped showing red rings for their attacks.
.#4 - No! Jump attacking is so fun, its like kiting.
