It’s obviously an event to gear up for fantasy library (next content update for iTOS) and Rank 10.
Velcoffer will not be reset (obviously) but there’s a chance that the maintenance will indeed reset the ET entrance count (as it did for the last bonus season)
Won’t impact Velcoffer. ET and V share the same entries, but not the same instance. See for example the ET extra entry vouchers: if you are at 2/2 and you use a voucher, you stay at 2/2, you can enter ET but not V dungeon.
I can’t find a single Tree root crystal to trigger the event buff @_@
and when i did find one it did not work 
yep tree root crystals doen’t give exp buffs 
doesnt even give +2 movespeed
