Bokor bug thread continuation (total bug count goes up to 25)

Since this topic cannot be edited anymore I decided to create separate one. I guess last Bokor bug count was 22, considering fixed ones? Maybe you think that’s all of them? Nah, not even close.

  • Zombies’ HP does not scale with SPR.

Skill description

Full SPR zombie tanked ~5400 damage (4 hits).

Full INT zombie tanked ~5300 damage (4 hits).

Pretty self-explanatory. Honestly, when I read ‘The HP is based on caster’s SPR’ I expected at least to double survivability of my summons by going full SPR, and this thing sure was a letdown


  • Giant zombie unable to hit opponent with one of it’s attacks (hitbox problem)
  • The Priest buff “Blessing” does not affect Zombies when cast by the owner, but does when another Priest (That does not own the Zombies) casts it - credit goes to @Sixaxis

  • Usually, when a new zombie is spawned, the oldest one will disappear if Zombify limit is reached. However, if Bwa Kayiman is active at that exact moment, the oldest one disappears visually but will keep inflicting damage to the enemies around it - a bug previously reported as ‘Bwa Kayiman attack range bug’, corrected by @welgaia

It’s hard but still possible to notice hits appearing directly at the spot where first 3 zombies were replaced by newly summoned (last few seconds). Unfortunately this is my best result as Bwa Kayiman is currently almost unusable.

  • If you use Samediveve and then change maps/channels you lose buff and skill will seem to be off cooldown. However if you try to use it again character will do skill animation but will not be able to actually perform it until the actual cooldown ends. (Appears to be a common problem with skill cooldown)

I’m currently sorting my bug collection searching for something that is yet to be reported. If I find something related to Bokor I’ll add it here. Feel free to contribute as well, I’ll add your feedback to the OP.

In regards to this [Bwa Kayiman bug], I didn’t test it extensively but I believe it happens when new zombies are spawned with Zombify while Bwa Kayiman is active.

Usually, when a new zombie is spawned, the oldest one will disappear if Zombify limit is reached. However, if Bwa Kayiman is active at that exact moment, the oldest one apparently disappears visually but will keep inflicting damage indefinitely. This is specially noticeable when Bwa Kayiman kills a large mob inside the Zombify circle, which ends up in a bunch of invisible units dealing damage.

Thats some nice observation. To think that I’ve seen that bug countless times and didn’t notice this :sweat_smile: But yeah, you are probably right and ‘hit range bug’ is actually a ‘zombie not properly desummoned bug’.

It’s from dragging a Zombie through the “Cure” circle while it’s under Bwa Kayiman, thus removing the Zombie debuff on it and freezing it in Bwa Kayiman state.

That’s a separate bug, I think. In that one, the zombies in Bwa Kayiman state are still visible. In the one I am referring to, the damage is coming from invisible units and still happened frequently after I stopped using Cure in Demon Prison.

Nah, that’s different thing. ‘Zombie debuff’ can be cured, I’m well aware of that. And if you use Bwa Kayiman at that moment, zombie will freeze in that state but it still will be visible and can be killed by mobs.

So far, it appears that ‘invisible zombies’ are still affected by their natural debuff and disappear after set time. Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m still testing.

Yea, the invisible ones despawn after a while, probably due to their natural debuff. I have seen mobs trying to attack them, but I’m not sure if they take damage. I wonder what happens if you use Cure on them and combine both bugs… lol. Would be hilarious to lock down an entire map with permanent invisible damage dealing zombies. :boar:

I believe this happened after IMC added ‘applied automatically to party members in range’ feature. Buffs and summoned creatures interaction is really a mess now, it’s hard to tell whether its disabled or bugged because of vague skill descriptions. Still either of two situations is a bug so I’m editing the OP.

Also pinpointed invisible bug appearance on video, going to add it too as soon it uploads.

I just remembered there might be a bug with Samediveve. If you use it and change maps, you lose the buff and will not be able to use it even though the skill icon appears to be off cooldown in the hotbar. The character will attempt to plant the flag but the skill doesn’t go through, until the actual cooldown ends (?).

I’m not sure if it is just with this skill or any buffs in general, can’t verify since I’m not at home right now. Can you check this?

Confirmed, adding to the OP. This bug happens with some other skills also, don’t remember which though.

I can still edit the thread but I don’t know how long it will let me continue editing. I’ve stopped playing now anyway so I’ll leave it to the rest of you. For the bug count, I only included the ones that were confirmed and/or major (eg: Mackangdal visual bug was excluded). I’ll cross out any future fixes if it still lets me but it’s probably better to report newer ones here.

This one happens with a lot of skills in the game so it’s not exclusively Bokor.

This appears to happen with nearly every skill actually but is most noticeable with skills that have a higher cooldown (that is able to not be refreshed in the time it takes to change channel or transition/load-in to a new map).

For instance, if I cast my Shoggath and then change channels, the skill will appear to be “off cooldown” but casting it will only do the animation. This applies to every skill I have within my current progression through the ranks permitting that the cooldown isn’t completed by the time I transition channels (earthquake, countless buffs, etc etc are all impacted).

I don’t know if the issue started at one of the patches or if it had always been there but it wasn’t until I achieved Necromancer that I noticed it the most. Those 1-3min cooldowns made it very evident =P But that could have been around the time of a specific patch etc because I could swear at one point I thought it was op that I could cast all my skills again just by changing channels. Could have been my imagination.

Yeah, just noticed that all other skills behave the same way. Well, it’s late here and I’m really sleepy :sweat: Guess it’s better to remove last report as it’s a common problem.

I will summarize the points raised on this thread and forward them to our dev team :smile:

The quest Large-Scale Search Operation is bugged. I killed the boss but can’t talk to the Priest and it is making me so mad lol.
I’ve abandoned and restarted the quest three times.
