Blood Sucking + Ice Wall. Do they combo?

I know that Psychokino’s Psychic Pressure make Cryomancer’s Ice Wall spew shards, but does Featherfoot’s Blood Sucking have this effect on Ice Wall too?

I can hit but the AoE Attack ratio is low you cannot hit that many walls as you can with Psychic Pressure.
