What are the best available monster gems for SR3 (Ranger3-SR3) builds? I do know we have spiral arrow gem, anything else?
Maybe Steady Aim gem for more free damage?

Well, think it this way, do any of your other skill +1 level will help contribute for more than 1% of retreat shot damage? (It seems retreat shot monster gem does not exist atm)
