I think finestra is too good but i dont know what build can suit with hop.
I tried sw3 pelt 1 hop2 and looks good but lack of active skills.
Anyone can recommend some with hop corsair or hop murmillo.

Well noone is enthusiastic about hoplite builds right now because for PvE, dopple is THAT much better.
If I were you I’d also reroll to dopple.
Have a Hoplite build.
Sword 1 > Pelt 1 > Hop 1 > Rod 3 > Shinobi > Murmillo
Protip : Don’t follow anything with “Rugal” in it.
You can fit Hoplite into a lot of builds , e.g.
Sword3 Hop3 Dragoon1 Lancer1
Sword 2 Hop2 Corsair3 Shinobi1
Sword 3 Hop2 Fencer 3
You’re mainly grabbing Hoplite for Finestra and Lunge,
Finestra increasing your Critical Rate and block rate, while
Lunge debuffs enemies so you can deal more Pierce Damage.
Protip : Don’t follow anything with “Rugal” in it.

FINESTRA doesnt work with rapiers, how thinks works now, picking hoplita for stabbing, spear lunge or any dmg skill is pointless.

Rugal has a bad rep from making terrible builds. Also Rugal quit the game so it is not even Rugal anymore.

Problem with Rugal’s build from what I can see is not using a shield when Hop3 gives massive bonuses to block. I mean if you went full CON with pelt and Hop3 you could be nigh-immune to physical mobs. Also dragoon2 was OVER-nerfed, meaning it sucks so that’s why most people rerolled to murmillo or dopple now. Cyclone and DoV were also nerfed so people are saying that dopple c1 sucks now. Dopple c3 shines due to things like the earthquake trait which you get at c3, and the c2 skills.
Overall, I wouldn’t go with Rugal’s build.

Agree with you and I’m using a shield with 1h spear atm, good block and fighting with melee mobs is very easy.
I’m about to get C1 Dopel tonight, but now I’m not sure of anything, hehe… 
I just don’t wanted to go for murmillo or dopel 3 because a friend from my group is doing one of them already.
if u mean hop3 main u could go sw-pelt-hop3-dop-goon2 which get overnerf in every class in path
if u want a good build (which hop is support class) u could go sw3-hop2-cata1-goon1-lancer1
hop isn’t good as main class anymore (if u compare to highlander)
surely. I think i will go sw3 - pelt 1 - hop 2 - shin -murm.
I was thinking on pelt 3 with hop 3 but to play solo maybe should be difficult (?) in the other hand sw3 is too good right now with pain barrier and double slash.
What bad blood people may have with Rugal is irrelevant. The build presented only used one of Rugal’s builds as a foundation and was completely rewritten and improved, with Rugal being given appropriate credit as a “special thanks.” Please actually look through the build before passing judgement.
Also, Dragoon does not “suck” now, though it could use a slight buff. It is far from unfeasible or incapable of dealing damage. Let us not spread misinformation before reviewing the information presented, gentlemen.
EDIT: That said, if people believe strongly enough that there is such a repulsive stigma attached to the name, it can be removed from the guide. But that seems disrespectful just because of people’s inability to look past their nose.

this is the build im currently using with my murmillo, it has hop3
u could go shinobi instead of corsair…i would have done that if shinobi quest wasnt time consuming
