Iā€™ve though that adding a ā€œTest serverā€ to iToS would help relieve that ā€œNothing is being doneā€ feeling to certain level.

But the capacity and entry rules could be limited, considering KToS uses the korean ID to keep control on the users. Also to reduce capacity and resource requirements. There are backgrounds of games offering limited user access to Test Servers, usually by making them aggree to not discuss content being tested (Atlantica Online), limiting the invites to users under certain requisites (Community highlights, content creators, old players, conduct summary clean, etc) and requiring to focus on Bug/Exploit reporting under the risk of losing the entry.

Since this also allows for direct contant between the GM, CM and the users inside the testing program. It could help on reducing the lack of the overall distant feeling the staff has on the users.

test server seems like a really good idea. considering the number of bugs that happen to leak out in the main servers and makes everyone go apesh.t

League of Legends does the same thing, and it makes hype for the release, and gives people a time they they KNOW the patch will hit.

also, IMC should stop giving out information of a new patch that wonā€™t come out in 2-3 monthsā€¦ give us the information 1-2 weeks before it hits live so that it will hit before the hype falls.

The issue with the information, is that we pretty much already know the future patches. Since they are released on ktest/ktos several months prior, and when they reach here, we are already hyped for OTHER patches delivered on those while we were waiting.

Exactly. By the time the WB Update came in early August, KTOS was already months ahead in class balance, Saalus update, DEF update, and much more. The current model for delivering content to ITOS isnā€™t working.
