Steam would be in trouble by doing this.They could only take your acess from the game itself, by IMC’s request. They can’t punish you if the credit card company evaluate that you have the right (by the law) to refund the product.
Pretty sure I’ve read lots of horror stories about accounts getting locked (can still play their library games but can’t buy any more or use other services) because they issued a chargeback against Steam.
What a scammer this IMC.
I’m sure it was just a problem with putting the info in the right place. But they need to do right by us. If I had any idea about this limitation I would buy Veteran’s pack, not this one. Their actions now will tell us about the company much more than the silly mistake in the information on the packs.
problem is: that is not a real count of your remaining trades. it’s just "this token gave you +30 trades"
i have used a 30d token, and 2 60d tokens, as well as the 15d token. i trade very rarely, so i still have over 100 trades left, but mine says “30” as well.
i’m finding it equally hard to disagree with you… in fact i’m surprised that you don’t get +15 trades from this token, since both other versions give you about 1 trade per day.
i’m also surprised that with the new changes, that they decided to keep “# of trades” as a thing at all. i can’t seem to find my actual trades-remaining listed anywhere. it -used- to be in the token tooltip.

I have no idea what you’re implicating was fixed or what I’m looking at here. You might need someone who writes better in English doing the forum communication and I don’t mean that offensively. It’s just easy for things to spin out of control if they aren’t absolutely clear.
But damn, a fraud 15 day token lure to buy a worthless beginner pack?

IMC really should have listed the differences between a normal token and an EVENT TOKEN, instead of
"1 x 15-day Event Token
- Receive premium benefits for 15 days! "
People will normally assume the “premium benefits” include ALL THE BENEFITS A NORMAL TOKEN HAS!! WTF!!

AM I TOO ■■■■■■■ DUMB OR YOUR SCREENSHOTS ARE REALLY SHOWING THAT YOUR GODDAMNED TOOLTIP ABOUT TRADING JUST DISAPPEARS WHEN IT REACHES ZERO INSTEAD OF SHOWING “Trades remaining: 0”?
I must be dumb. I must have misunderstood. No developer is so dumb as to make THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE TOOLTIP disappear when it reaches zero. LOL at me. 
It’s either one of those:
- The package Token has less benefits than the regular Token, which is a poor business practice;
- Any Token’s tooltip has its “Trades remaining” portion removed when it reaches 0, which is a stupidity so huge words cannot even begin to describe it.
Please, someone show me a screenshot of “trades remaining: 0”? So I can rest assured that this is just a case of a poor business practice.
EDIT: I thought I could be getting insane and maybe the tooltip doesn’t count your remaining trades, but that’s not the case:
My new lv1 char notwhitstanding, my remaining number of trades is right there, 59.
So yeah, I still need someone to show me a “number of trades allowed 0” on their tooltip. Otherwise, Max just showed us a gaping hole in the tooltip with a smile.

and what about you people selling a token without trades and NOT TELLING US? I have a ticket on the subject and I will take legal action if we can’t fix this situation in a friendly way. I got my pack under the impression I would be able to TRADE. Really, I have money to buy the token packs, I’m ready to dive in to this game. but I will not if you guys SCAM me like this. it’s fraud. Please, i’ll be waiting for a final response> Will I get the trades on my 15day token, as you DID NOT tell us that we would not have this premium benefit when we made the purchase?
If the Ingame help section tell me I can trade with a token and the DLC on steam doesn’t tell me I won’t, it’s my right to get the trades. It was a mistake on your end, and I hope you compensate people. It will tell us a lot about the company, how you handle this situation.

They just removed both of those borderline fraudulent DLCs from Steam. Surely it had nothing to do with negative reviews and awful sale volumes.

Well ok lemme put something here.
When i wanted to gift an arde dagger i had dropped from dung to a friend (since i sux at selling things and wanted to do them a favor), i knew they had bought the beginner’s pack and were using that 15 day event token, on the trade window this is what i saw on my side:
I asked them if they had run out of trades coz i found it weird that it displayed “Token Disabled” for them, they said it said “Token Enabled” for them which was probably a graphical glitch.
After putting the Arde dagger in the window it also warned that it would change properties, after they got it it became untradable, i asked them again and they said they never traded with anyone since getting the Token, and i asked them if it displayed any ammount of trades remaining in the tooltop, they said it didnt.
So yeah 15-day token doesnt have trades remaining, but its not like you cant tell whether the other party has trades remaining or not since it’ll show token disabled if they don’t.
While I agree that it’s BS to not include at least 15 trades in the tooltip if you trade with someone who doesnt have trades remaining and then complain that’s your fault since it’s displayed right there.

they never told us about this. not in game (help part) or in steam, on the infos about the pack. it’s a SCAM, even if not intended. Let’s see if they fix it,in respect to those who decided to support their game, even with all the bugs in it

TBH i did not read the whole thing so if someone already gave you the answer , ignore mine.
I regret to inform you that was no graph glitch at all, as i have tried it with multiple people in-game and it always shows “token enabled” for both. In other words that person had “no token”, and when you trade with people that have no token as far i remember items become untradable, this is to avoid RMT selling items that players could resell later.
Also not even sure if this is the reason, but people use your common reading skills to realize that token obviously has a (event token tag). Does that even sound like is the same kind of token?
More than likely it is an oversight, and the token is not applying the premium tag to your account. Regardless is not a lest cry wolf on the forum situation by that saying stuff like “OMG IS A SCAM, IMC YOU CHEAT”.
Go through proper channels, like the support tickets, and learn to be polite when asking, instead of getting mad because your rage ticket is being left for last(in case that is happening to you).
I never said it wasn’t? i said that it not including trades was BS, i also said that you can tell if the person you’re trading with is out of trades.
They had token buff, they just didnt have trades so that’s why it said Token Disabled.
Since if feel you wont get what i mean, i meant is not giving you the complete benefits, E.A trades.
Max, you realize the buff descirption on the second screenshot was cut off right? You can tell by the last line it says “Able to use” only. Which should says “able to use premium gestures” base on the first screen shot.
Trade count is two lines below the cut off point, so there is no way to check if another player how many trade amount left? Base on your reply are you saying the 15day token also does not have maximum buff, +1 instance/mission and a maybe/maybe not premium gesture?
I have also double checked with my wife. Both of us still have the 60 days founder’s pack token active. However, when i look at her token buff from my character, it gets cut off at “able to use” as well and I can’t see anywhere stating the amount of trade she has left. Both of us still have 50+ trades left when looking at our own token buff on our own char.
Bascially if you are viewing other people’s token buff it seems to be always cut off. Please let me know if I’m wrong as I have a few items pending to be traded and want to know for sure i’m not gona get screwed.
