Me and a guy wanted to make a trade. He wanted to buy my humming bird gem, so he gave me a very expensive staff to put my gem in. I put my gem in the staff but then I notice that the item is untradeable? we both have tokens and I already sent a support ticket, but anyone know why this happened? now I can’t give him back his staff or remove the gem 
One of you probably didnt have any trades left.
Also, id like to mention that afaik, if you remove monster gems from equipment they get destroyed.
