actually. after this whole incident. I have guildmates that;

• one received 200m for no reason when he did not play since a week ago before this happen
• one received 800m for no reason when he did not use market
• one received lots of random equipments and tokens (the TP ones) in the market tab when he did not buy any of it
• one received over 400 bless shards for no reason, he did not sell it, he did not buy it
• several randomly losing silver after making a deposit.

they are now on hiatus because they do not dare to play the game anymore since they are worried if they take the items or spend the money (that is directly in their account) they will be accused of using abused item, because, IMC would simply ban and say it is abusing EULA without the need to justify it.

if things like this happen different players from two guilds, what are the chances that some accounts are actually wrongfully banned?

Sounds great, assuming it doesn’t take out too much resources from other efforts into this.

Sign a consent form to ask IMC to reveal ban reasons in public in exchange for not sparking arguments on forums on debating, arguing or retaliating on their ban reasons (heck, even a forum mute sounds nice), and doing it moderately on Ticket Support instead. Ban reasons will be updated once players can prove their innocence on Ticket Support afterwards (or something).

At least it’ll either clear their names and prove them innocent, or once and for all show who’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
