crit would be 112.5% for those 75%. I think it’s fair… in theory.

Most magics have different elements and each of them have weaknesses (except holy. dark has/will have in ktos). Armor type is not everything

most magics aren’t non-elemental, so there’re things like elemental weak/strong to considered too.

You should look at both tables before saying something like this. Can’t tell if bait or not.

for slash attack swordie they have a glove that can neglate 50% (iirc its 50%) the penalty vs their weakness (Slash vs plate, Hit vs Leather). Doppel rekt plate with the new skill.

and we can crit, we have awesome modifier. We have ignore def skills. 280+ contents are stacked with mdef. We can crit. Magic get negated so much with element resist. Tbh swordie are pretty much awesome in rank 8 so what are you saying.

Swordman High Cri rate ? Archer class is good

Normal class wear colth , leather, plate
Magic attack is very good damage all 100%
Swordman ,Archer no attack damage 100% can doge and block

Say Rank 8 SW is good ?
and Now it Balance real?

On topic tho, only reason magic is deemed OP is cos’ mages has access Surespell and Quickcast, but as of late r8 mobs with tons of mdef are crippling some of the damage mages can dish out, while melee’s got numerous def ignore debuffs and damage amp buffs.

yeah…magic need to be revise…of course wiz player will not like it but 100% hit and cant be block is so OP…leave the crit aside…m.atk even chase u down to the end of the road till it hit u…and mdef is badly optimized…only in rank 8 they balance it with new 300mdef shield and murmilo class…at least got some class that can block magic attack…but still bad news to others class that didnt use shield and not invest on mdef eq…try playing tanker and tank 20 magic mob…then u know how OP magic attack is

Quick Cast + 50% damage = Critical Damage uptime

Anyway magic users will have a hard time dealing with normal mobs 1,2k+ Mdef.

It isn’t critical damage no matter what you say. Wiz3 is not compulsory too.

Magic don’t get block, but magic get resisted !!!

Effects get resisted, Magic only get reduced.

Ways on dealing with:
Magic
-certain class cough-clerics-cough specific damage/magic nullifier, mdef booster -damage negated/reduced-
-Elements Resist cough-clerics-cough -damage reduced-
Physical
-certain class cough-clerics-cough specific damage nullifier -damage negated-
-Dodge -damaged negated-
-Block -damage negated-
Both
-move away from hitbox, *only applies to tile based skills for magic-damage avoided-
-Kill the em’ first -threat eliminated-
-be a cleric -practically unkillable-
