Going to have to stop you there. Property dmg is applied to everyline. This is what makes sub weps with prop dmg so good. It is why we heavily use cafrisun it gives us an extraline. There is a 100 +point dif per line with arde use arde and cafrisun and you will see your 12 earth propertydmg line is modified by arde. Same with other buffs that give you lines. It is what makes auto attack builds srong each line get benifit of our if prop dmg added to it.

tell me how mana 1 aoe ratio, 35 critrate. 220 attack that gives overall 440 as it at adds to every line, or up to 700 if you still wear cafrisun, doesnt matter. please.
Sure, the loss of dps is really small I agree, that also means though that someone is gainning dps on you and there is one place where dps is all that matters , bossing. Any other place I agree with you. Whats the difference in hitting for 60% damage on an enemy or 55%, he is still down with 2 hits. No difference whatsoever , sometimes people overshadow effectiveness with DPS.
i still dont know how u notice the dmg increase from cafri on the other 2 lines (AA and RS), i just see it from the third, as it adds the 12 earth to the 27* from Mana Mana.
The first 2 lines are so inconsistent in dmg, sometimes 1000 2800, others 1400 1700, how can you even tell its getting the ele dmg added ?

you know how rpg games work? you add 3% everywhere you can, and YAY, 30% increase.
1-1 is safest route. current 280 is not even midgame, dont forget about it

did you even see damages at r7 skills?
do you aware of damage\crit thresholds?
do you know how many crit rate you need to reach max dps at any point?
