And then you praise Bokor for having 15 sec dmg immunity with dmg after effect ? (20 sec if you go C3, which is same rank as Diev3)

This is as true in PVP as it is in PVE.
Its IMC we’re talking about. Best you can get is a Bandaid to balance things out they didnt foresee when planning the skills earlier anyways. Ofc thats by no means enough to call it a proper balancing. The newest Bandaid is called Miko.
And even then, Gohei is as reliable as PD2 buff remove spray then. Imagine you are a Miko (without ausrine) who knows there is a random diev3 on the other side. Your targets: Buff removal and not dying. So you get closer to your enemies to remove the buff of 1 enemy…success! The buffs are removed! And you are dead. Why? Because the other 4 are still invincible and apparently dont really like Mikos, so they focused on you.
Its not totally impracticable, but its true value is only reached when you get either a good team or Ausrine on your own. Due to that knockback immunity you cant cc them with most of your skills anyways, so even as Miko you need to be close first to swing the stick. Every ausrined cc-class of the other side got you hard by then and you are dead.
Its 20 sec FULL invul without ANY downsides in a MOBILE form. Sterea Troph/Fortell/Safety Zone are all stationary, stay away from that and nothing will happen. Dievs even tend to use the mobile invul to make dmg and kill some ppl to hide in their counterspellsaftey zone later. But even then, since sz doesnt have a knockback immunity, you can knock them outta that easily.
This exactly. It was freakin overpowered in R7 already but as damage was lower there were ways to survive these 20 seconds somehow. But now with the high damage of R8 it just got ridiculous. And the fact that IMC even buffed Austrine shortly after made me give up on PVP is this game completely. It’s a gimmick nothing more as IMC doesn’t care about balance at all.
In my opinion TBL 5vs5 should be removed completely, in 2vs2 random you can actually run while Austrine as the Arena isn’t that bloated there. And instead of 5vs5 TBL make GvG 5vs5 then the FPS Problems in GvG are solved and 5vs5 with premade teams will be halfway balanced (because every team will probably be the same classes all over anyways).
Skills should get a separate PVP and TBL/GVG effect/modifier/cooldown timers.
-Cut some buff’s duration by half? a quarter? no more 100% uptime buffs
-Increase cd of skills by 20-30%? think before you skill
-All skill damage modifiers gets reduced by 90% of their original, no more 1-2 shot nukes, player skill and party skill combo plays gets utilized more.
I don’t wanna turn this into a PVP rant and Ro comparison but, imagine Sniper’s DoubleStrife spam on WoE without the WoE range damage reductions, overkill right? that’s what ToS’s PVP balance is right now.
Decreasing damage more than the 50% it already is would be awful, that would just make clerics even better because they would be able to heal before being bursted and would make the cleric town matches even longer and a lot more boring.
The skill damage(or in this case heal ‘output’) modifiers are also affected in regards to Cleric heals against damage reduction in PVP scenarios.
Like… example:
Heal-PvP-
-Recovers HP equal to 2% of your maximum HP per heal tile
-2 overheats
-cooldown: 26 seconds
this will make clerics think twice before laying down a their heal mats this way, and change the no-brainer immortal to actually take some skill to play and also make Cleric3 more viable in PvP and GvG situations. If this ideas ever gets implemented(which is exponentially low)

People easily demand nerfs for C3 skills cause they get pwned by them…
Without strong C3 skills, you would not see a sane player playing the class at C2/C3 at all, Cleric2 being the exeption on this one.
Ausrine/Hook/Raise - twice less duration.
Sleep - twice less duration and few hits to fade off.
Stop - triple less duration, fix its removing invuls from you, and fix that you can be hitted while you shouldn’t
R7 - ~750% thorn damage??? Mass buff? Are you joking? - x3 nerf.
Hunter skills - make cooldowns for CC ones.
huh? are we looking at the same .gif? when the crazy shrine maiden slapped her stick at the poor two, Diev and PD’s Asrine got removed.
The bloody Ausrine statue is still at enemy spawn point if you’re not watching properly.
When you can one shot people while staying invulnerable/immune - that’s just plain imbalance. The “handicapped” team is pretty much free kill.
I agree with what others have said here, adjust damage and recovery skills in TBL. IMO this wouldn’t have been that much of a problem if they didn’t remove equipment standardization.
Also, the most important thing is the way teams are setup on queue. Each team should at least have 1 cleric.
If you do that, then those who stack def / mdef will become op because they will make you hit 1hp much easier. They will also benefit much more fromheals and become almost impossible to kill in PVP, then it’s a matter of waiting until the timer finishes in TBL and keeping his hp up until it finishes.
