Are you going to give players a second chance anytime soon??

Im sure not only me but MANY players would like a second chance to rebuild their characters.

I started off as a swordsman and i made 1 mistake when chosing a rank/circle and now my build is ruined and i cant go back, Im not asking for UNLIMITED or even FREE re-choosing of rank.

Just one more chance even if it is a payed feature, let us players be able to buy 1x Rank Reset Potion per character please, i only realized my mistake when i was high lvl and i really dont want to start all over.

Maybe if reseting all rankgs sounds like too much then make this reset work for ONLY ONE rank, so it would be only used for people who made ONE single mistake when choosing 1 wrong rank/circle.

I wish these threads would stop. Do research before you make a character or realize your first character will most likely be a write off while learning.

Please no rank resets :unamused:

Even with research, theoretical knowledge isnt everything, as you play the game you learn and may change your mind… Also people are prone to making mistakes, like in my case, i was literally 12 hours in this game with no sleep and i accidentaly (dont even know why the fu**) clicked the wrong rank and as soon as i clicked i was like “wtf why did i do this”.

We are not robots, we are humans and humans make mistakes. I envy you for being so perfect, or even if you are not perfect, i envy you for having the time to make a new character every mistake you do, because some of us have very little time to play.

You are being very radical on this, if you dont want rank resets you dont have to use them, whenever you make a mistake feel free to make a new character, but allow us to have rank resets. Why would rank resets hurt you?? Doesnt make any sense.

Please if you are going to make posts that arent helpful dont do them, thank you very much.

Because punishing mistakes makes players learn and get smarter. You keep letting them make those mistakes they stay dumb.

Also why i strongly oppose the staff restoring pets people go out of their way to delete then call a accident.

Well im sorry you feel this way, but you are not a nice person and maybe you should think of others too and not only yourself. Maybe you like this way, maybe you have a better mind for games than most people. But as i stated above, some people dont have much time to play and/or have a hard time learning to play, therefore it would take ages and many different characters until they got it right (if they dont quit before that).

1 friend of mine quit already because he made a mistake at level rank 5 or 6 i think.

Im not asking for a COMPLETE or UNLIMITED resets, im just asking for ONE SINGLE RANK reset, just 1 rank for example:

Lets say someone wants to become a highlander on circle 2 but he accidentaly turns into swordsman 2… by now hes level 150 but he would still like to change circle 2 to highlander, so he can pay for use his ONE SINGLE second chance to reset just 1 wrong rank choice (swordman 2 into highlander in this case).

And make it be payed too, the game would profit a lot and people would be happier.

This is a awful excuse.

We all have work / lives / school (for the young).

If you don’t have enough time for the game don’t play it or play at a casual pace like the rest of us busy folk.

LOL, yes i have very little time to play, and in holidays and weekends i spend all the time i can playing, im not a slave who works/studies 24/7

thebloodyaugust sum it up for me learn your class and test it out.If you don’t like it then start over simple as that.If it’s wasting your time then don’t play the game again simple as that.

People make mistake but they learn from them,you aren’t a baby anymore so take full responsibility of your actions and stop begging IMC for compensations or resets.They even ask you “ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT PICK X CLASS”,how can anybody screw that up lol.

If people quit because “THEY” not IMC made the mistake then that’s on them not IMC LMAO.If you leave the game because of your own mistakes then you never liked or enjoyed the game to begin with.

A lot people don’t have time to play and your point?You think your the only one that has a busy life and can’t play 24/7 (weak excuse).People work,go to school and have a family to take care of and still doesn’t ask for compensations or resets and sure do not mess up on the advance class selection LMAO.

Like I said earlier sometimes people learn better when they make a mistake.

What is with all the whining about, reset, rollback, another change and other shhit.

Why are players nowadays complaining about fracking everything. In the RO days, before modKore, people even deleted level 99 toons just because they wanted a different build, or a different name.

Players used to do research what they did wrong and how to fix it, not complain about everything at the forums.

I also clicked wrong for something. It’s unreasonable that character will be ruined if we just click wrong once. Every one may make mistakes some time.

You clicked wrong, deal with it. Reroll if you have to.

This request is plain stupid. It is not gonna happen.

If everybody had the chance to correct every mistake made in-game, then everybody will have perfect builds. There would be no reason for anyone to re-roll or to try other classes. The game lifespan will be short. The viability of the game as a business is gone.

Not every one has as much time as you. As far as I know some of my friends quit this game. But I know you don’t care. Imo a game is to give people pleasure, not to waste time. If my character was ruined because I didn’t do enough research, that’s acceptable. What’s unacceptable is that this game punish people even if they just click wrong once. In guild war 2, if you click wrong when opening a chest, customer service staff will help you change.

If they can let people abandon job advancement quest when they click wrong that will be nice.

Imagine having to reset a Rank 7 Swordsman to a Shinobi in an instant without even doing the Shinobi advancement quest… Ohh the dream! LOL! How about… NO! Just NO… hahaha! NO! Seriously NO…

We explained to you already everyone has things to do your not special.

Actually all online games are designed to waste your time, thats how they get you to play longer and buy more. So your 100% wrong there. If you don’t enjoy wasting time do something else.
