Based on what kToS players have said. Tokens once bought from the market are not resellable.

A couple things to factor in There are items new players can farm that higher level players need, repeatably. (this helps even out inflation between the levels) You cant resell a token once you have bought it through the AH, so there wont be any hoarding/market playing. People selling a token are wanting to sell the token then and there, people buying a token are wanting to use the token.
