plate for str build leather for dex.
Probably virtov leather/plate or grynas.
yesterday i saw someone shouted already crafted lolopanther plate pants, its like virtov plate pants but with 179 PDef
IMO set bonus and item stat of specific are what you need to look for.
When the equipment level is higher the gap of their stat increase while armor attribute stay the same.
set one or two stats as your goal and choose equipments that help your character reach the goal.
I know a rogue 3 with a cloth gear and nuaele cards. He perfectly tanks magic mobs most archers (including me) cry about. Just choose what fits your build. Both plate, leather and cloth can be the best depending on it
