2/5 Oblique Shot.
Or should I put only one point in Full Draw, or just one point in Obli?

Going Ranger 3 won’t give you much advantage. Most people go Ranger 1 for Barrage, Steady Aim in iTOS is inferior to kTOS. The meta route for Fletcher 3 is A2>R1>Scout>Fletcher3

You will only need 1 point in Oblique Shot for spamming purpose

Fletcher build need STR for damage. Going full Dex will not give you full DPS. Going full Str will give you tons of DPS, get crit rate from green gems and gears
