Archer tree enhancement change on July 9-10 Patch

According to the Patch Note:

Archer Tree

• Missile damage values of Archer tree characters will no longer increase in proportion to enhancement level of the main weapon.

Does it mean all the damage no longer depends on the enhancement level, so for instance,
the damage Primus Raffye Bow/Crossbow produces does not change between +1 and +21?

I’ve gone ahead and done some research and datamining on this so players can better understand what is being changed. Currently, in the game, Archers receive a +2% damage increase on Medium, Large, or Extra Large enemies for every enhancement value on their main hand weapon, with Missile-type skills.
