I find Cafrisun set to be better for AA-ing than spamming skills. With your build it might be best to use the Rokas leather armor, Roxona gloves (or Vubbe Fighter Gaunts if you can get one) and Roxona boots to boost your skill damage and effectivity as well as for better survival. Pants can be anything.
Nearing current end-game using plate set seems to be the meta since you won’t be able to dodge much (lots of magic mobs, lots of high dex mobs).
Don’t need much CON for PVE. 30 is a good starting point and just add on it if you feel like stuff frequently hits you like a truck especially magic since leather set will provide you decent dodge.
Weapons - you’ll be dealing mostly w/ demon type monsters so Isbality isn’t bad. Catacombs (high str) or Karacha (high dex/crit rate) are usefull all-around depending on your build.
Manamana is current BIS for off-hand but having Arde for the time being helps a ton. Karacha dagger is another option.
2Hand bow for flying - Maga Bow hands down. In Telsiai price seems to be gradually dropping nearing that of Khasti’s. Khasti is still good too but requires a high dex/critrate build.
As for being a Cannoner, you’ll do OK with 1:1 str dex or even a slightly higher str in the mix as long as you compensate w/ +critrate/DEX stuff in equipments.
