people will normally skip archer c3 as there isnt much benefit to take it.
so as a suggestion - albeit similar to the update with cannoneers - have a archer c3 attribute to be able to use archer skills while in kneeling shot position.

They should make kneeling shot work with some other skills too… no idea why cannoneer skills work with it and get bonus when they already got bazooka which is better…
