would this be viable? archer c2 for swift step critical and multi-shot boss killer, ranger c3 for aoe, fletcher for more aoe and single target damage? thoughts?

You already have damage for single target with fletcher/ranger c3
you won’t need archer C2, just go fletcher C3
Why not leave ranger 3 out instead and go Arc C2–>Rang C2–>Fle C3? Swift step bonus is party wide and multishot also helps melt bosses with magic arrow.
