I dont know what to go next
But I just saw the Qarrel C3 machine gun and Scout C3 Spilt Arrow
Which way should I go?

i wouldnt suggest going machine gun with that since Ranger isnt used in that build at all usually. You have enough ranks to pull it off but that Ranger choice would probably just end up being wasted.
I dont have enough experience with Scout C3 builds, so i wont say anything to that
