I’m currently level 81 and I’ve been using a +9 Grand Cross, no Arde yet but will be transferring one over after maintenance.
Anyway, what should I be using now that I hit 75+? Is there any weapon specifically for Sapper with a +1 or +2 skill, same question for once I’m higher level and hit Wugushi.
I’m going STR since Poisons can’t crit so almost entirely STR with a bit of CON.
If anyone can suggest some weapon and armor I should aim for at each milestone (75, 120, 170, 220…)
There is no sapper weapon, but i recommend you to keep with bows with high physical attack since they give more PA than crossbows and the arde dagger doesn`t have any effect in sapper skills.
For Wugushi you should aim for a Viper Bow, it increase your poison damage in 500 or something like this and is by far the best weapon for wugusi nowadays.
For armor you should use the quest given ones till lvl 170 when you will be able to use the Roxonna Set, after that the best weapon/armor comes from the earth tower dungeon (Lolopanther Set).
Take a look at the tosbase db for more accurate data.
About stats it is true that poison dont crit, but sapper skills do, i recommend invest at least 4:1 Str/Dex
Ah, I had no idea Arde would not activate on Sapper Skills that’s strange.
Ya I read up on Viper afterward and will be using it for sure.
As for DEX, I read that if I want to tough it out I can easily get about 50% Crit Chance through Gems and that accuracy from Gloves should be enough… if I have no issue with touging it out (Got 2 green Gems to lvl 5 so far) to gem my gear late game think it’s a good idea to no STAT Dex at all?
You need almost 400 crit rating for 50% crit at 280, your not getting that from gems, would still go STR though for wugushi
Crossbow + mana mana better than viper
what are you talking about? each tick of broom trap increases with arde dagger
Which crossbow are you talking about? Does the additional elemental damage from mana mana will add to the Wugushi skills?
arde dagger 100% does effect sapper skills.
^ Ya just transferred my Arde over from my Priest and tested and it definitely does add to the damage of all my Sapper Skills.
