I’ve read in some post that arbalester and wugushi are like BFF, but why ?

Not trying this combo yet but I heard that Wugushi poison triggers targeted arrow passive from arbalester. It wasn’t like that before the recent patch
Arba arrows are like tao’s strengthen charm? 20%+30%(with vaivora) for 100% dmg?
Not sure about the sfr of the arrow but yea like Taoist.
