You have mispelled doppel 3 or shield based shinobi sir. Though archer is in a tough spot in world bossing and tbl at the moment.
Although falconer 3 archer support is excellent in world bossing which is a really good alternative.
Try a2 qs 3 falc 3. Fletcher wb is a relic of the past now. Even with decently transcended practo gear (level 6 or 8 transcendence) it is still lackluster.

Fletcher is still great for World Bossing in the Archer tree, Magic Arrow do around 3800% every 5 seconds after all. But Musketeer can do more damage right now speacially if you have a Chrono in the party, but against Flying Fletcher still takes the cake.
And Falconer 3 is shitty suport in World Boss by the way, Circling is useless against only one enemy and Aiming only really helps the skills Hail and Arrow Sprinkle, the bird auto attack is only 1506% every 5 secons too.
And Doppel 3 don’t even come close to ANY shinobi/murmillo build in damage, against boss.
If you really want to make a archer for WB, i would make this one. Great set os kills, lots of dots, great mobility, and great future hopes for R9. I have one of my own.

falconer3 for aiming in WB , this help alot targeting moving boss , and some archer like ar3-qs3 can snipping boss with aiming support

It did plenty when I last played 3 months ago.

Yeah after the dex crit is out and we have to put all stats into STR it is a little bad now unless you have crazy weapon and gears. I can kill bosses but it just take a little longer than before… Still good though
don’t take A2 there
you should make use of full STR and R3 for max aiming
A2 is still nice even if you’re not building heavily into crit since that will account for about 20% crit chance if so, which isn’t bad at all. 20% chance to do 50%+CAtk more damage, can consider it as +10% damage really, but not on a cooldown.
Before the patch yeah my fletcher mergen can kill boss very fast. But now the crit is gone so not as good unless you have godly bow.
