I think you should simply stop replying to him, no matter how utterly incorrect things he writes. He will drag this thread into another round of flame and hate and if I understood it correctly, you abandoned your previous thread because of that. Anyone with at least average IQ will understand if you decide to not defend yourself against his accusations and stupid comments.
I can imagine how much it would make my blood boil if I had to read stuff like that in a situation you’re telling you’ve got yourself into. I commend how you can stay this calm and well mannered when you keep getting replies like this 
You didn’t answer my question, though: Did you abuse the Steam’s regional pricing some way? This was one of the reasons they gave bans for and it’s the only one I can imagine still being possibility, other than you truly being innocent and the bans given by mistake.
The thing is he posts this in the general section(again) then says he doesn’t want peoples opinion.
I told him this is the wrong section and he will get flamed. Since he is deciding to keep it here and not move it, all the while repeating he doesnt want peoples opinion, i see him no better than a troll.

You don’t wanna refund a purchase you made on steam through paypal because your steam acct will get banned too… if you want your money back then contact steam directly
sounds like an unfortunate incident. If you’re innocent and really were just an individual stacking a main account through the DLC packs in game. Your best bet is to just show your bank/PayPal that the game has banned you and thus has taken away what you originally paid for. Very realistic grounds for a chargeback.
Charge backs hurt them significantly, they get fees and negative points towards their account. Unfortunately this seems to be your best avenue. Best of luck chief. At the end this looks like the best “win-win” scenario for you. As the community would think along the lines of “if you’re not an exploiter then you really were charged and thus can do the charge backs” or “if you’re an exploiter you’re just grasping at straws and we can’t tell either way anyways”

I mean if you paid for 10 accounts using the same supposed exploiting method it only makes the community think you were somehow using the exploit after all. Anyone with 500 dollars of disposable income doesn’t need to use that delayed payment method.
I believe its been around 48hours now since he got banned, which as they say they will reply within 48hours. He also have sent multiple emails for the multiple accounts and they all got a automated reply saying that they are reported for illegal activity, then it asked him to send an email which there was never a reply.
He doesnt seem to have broken any rules regarding to this issue.
Everything was paid for with a legit bank account, he has receipts but will not post it here because its contains personal information.
IMC released the game with early access but did not give us any other ways to gain TP, i wouldve done the same thing if i wasnt lazy too create multiple steam accounts.
could IMC be reported to someone for wrongfully accusing a player for fraud?

I can vouch for him. I’ve known this guy for months now and he is loaded with money and spends it since that is how he has fun playing games. Mob mentality is a bitch and he will get flamed because they automatically think he’s a botter and that he should of just “sent in a ticket”. This isn’t really optimal and I look at it like YouTube channels getting terminated for doing nothing wrong yet they get 0 response from YouTube unless they go public about it.

Interesting, from my opinion, your action was very similar to RMT workshop. RMT workshop always has multiple PCs with same IP, but first you need to prove you are not running multiple client on one PC, you better take a picture of how many PCs you have, remember stick some notes on your PCs to prove that the photo is really, such as your forum user name or in game name, etc.
Second you need to prepare all your payment recipes for the funder packs that you paid, I bet they should be all paid by same person or same payment method. Steam purchase history may help.
Third, you better provide ID and home address with your name on it, may be telephone as well, to prove that you are not connect from restricted region.
Finally, think about what else proofs that you can provide, if you just writing few words saying you are legit player, it’s just a bit unreliable. Hope these can help you.

So i am trying to open more windows and possibilities to reach out to the GMS. Just disappointing too see that we are not valued customers, even though i spent extra money supporting the game.

Chances are there’s already a bunch of botting players who are submitting tickets and emails trying to plead innocent to their bans. IMC has to wade through all those submissions and because your tickets look so similar, they probably got lumped into a giant pile with the rest of them. With only a handful of employees working through that pile, it is bound to take a very long time before you get the responses you want.
