You have to keep going at IMC until they deliver a specific account of what they banned you for.
So did you buy the EA packets with the IP from your own region or use some VPN trick?
this guy dumps 500 dollars that he wont get back into the game so he can make as much early game riches as he canā¦ he takes all that tp. 10 accounts worth, turns them into tokens. and sells the tokens on the ahā¦ he moves all that money onto his main. he honestly hasnt done anything wrong here. its very clear that his timing was poor because of the botsā¦ but he wasnt concerned with or about the botsā¦ he was just trying to fund his attribute lvls, on his main account.
i dont know this guy, and i completely feel how bad it must be to be this guy right nowā¦ he is pleading the best way he canā¦ in the only venues that matterā¦ support tickets and forumsā¦ he wants to be seen and heard by as many possible imc employees that can help his case.
i really do feel bad for this guy. breaks no rules, just dumps money into 9 bogus accounts he has no intention of ever playing, so he can stack his 1 accountā¦ perfectly acceptable.

All i am trying to do, is to be heard from the gms, it would be great if people would stop bashing me but actually help me. I am not begging for sympathy and not asking people to believe me. I just want to be heard by the gmās to bring justice too my case with all my time wasted into TOS. The gms can track everything i have done, in this case all i need is the gmās to review this case.
Should probably send a ticket and leave it there. Posting on the forums does nothing. Itās just taking up space and creating a toxic environment where he will be flamed. He already made a topic. It is clear he just wants attention.
if he is ip banned this is now his only means of release.
if he is only account banned, he could start over without the riches, and hit 200 in a week. he did drop 500 bucks into his first go at itā¦ so im assuming his dedication isnt lackluster.

As i said before, i tried every thing possible to get in contact. i sent tickets that get replies to send it to the urgent emails. then the emails tell me to send tickets. im getting automatic answering with all my replies.
I know a few people that did this exact same thing but instead bought headgears with token silver and enchanted them and traded them to their main accounts.
They did not get banned either but nor did they do any douchery with chargebacks or false payment they simply bypassed the tp restrictions of sorts.
So yeah if the guy is legit then yes he deserves to be un-banned as nothing he did is against any rules ive heard of.

Probably shouldnāt have posted two topics but if he really did spend $500 on this game and gave it all to IMC he deserves the silver he gets from selling tokens. Thatās what theyāre partly for? Itās ridiculous to punish your best customers.
Steam has a receipt list and they can likely see that he did pay them this money and I doubt heād make such a public fuss about it if he was lying and just a botter doing RMT.
I mean, banning bots is great but banning your playerbase who pump money into your game is really bad. Customer support goes a long ways in trying times like these.
be patience and wait for 5-6 days business or even 2 weeks because theyāre busy with tickets.
And they never promise to answer any tickets within 3 days, no one have that priority. Why donāt you shut up instead? No one care since you have no proof for them.
