Anyone else find it generally hard to level?

So this is my first time playing this game, as is for a lot of people, and I find that the zones are always several levels higher than me. So much so that when I got to the 30’s i found myself grinding in different places because I just didn’t know of any better way of leveling. I should also comment that you should put some sort of icon over the npcs with quests to tell new players that they are there as I had trouble noticing them at first. Anyways, after grinding till about 36 I got tired of it because that basically took up half the day by itself. I decided to get to 40 by using up most of my xp cards just so I could keep about 5-7 levels under my zone and get my weapon upgrades. However, this didn’t really help as once I completed all of the quests in the area and moved onto the next one monsters are beginning to show up as 10 levels or more over my level, which is just plain ridiculous. I understand I may have missed some lvl1xp cards and maybe some lvl2 ones because I didn’t notice the npcs right away but I shouldn’t have to completely rely on those to keep within a few levels of a zone, and I shouldn’t have to grind for 6 hours just to get a few levels higher. It is especially ridiculous when I consider that I am grinding monsters several levels higher than me and it is almost just better to overkill monsters 10 levels under me since the xp I get is so minuscule either way. If I kill something that is much higher level than me then shouldn’t I get more xp? Or maybe the closer to my level the better the xp? No I haven’t noticed that either as I tried that, too. It literally seems that the only way to level somewhat decently in this game is to hoard all of your xp cards as much as possible and once you hit a wall like I have either waste all of your cards, which will only net you like 5 levels anyways, or grind for half a day for a few levels. Why is it so hard to level? Why not just make it so that quests give you xp instead of giving us these cards like this? Why do monsters give us almost nothing for xp some times? Sure if you are in a party and you kill gigantic hordes of monsters very quickly you can level pretty fast but then is solo play just kind of impossibly slow? I think these are all problems that need to be looked into. Also, if anyone tries to argue these points with experienced player knowledge suggesting that it is my fault for not doing something that would help then you are mistaken as I am trying to point out that it is stupid to make it so hard for new players to level just so that they can get mad and search online as to why they can’t get any xp. This game should be able to support both solo play and new players.

Nice wall of text.

To level up smoothly in this game you need a class doing proper DPS or a party. And to follow up the quests, do all the side quests (talk to ALL npcs), go on both Klaipeda and Orsha sides to not get caught up by a higher level zone.

And how does one do that? I realize that klaipeda and orsha are different servers but also different places but it never occurred to me that I could do quests in both zones. I don’t think I have a tp in orsha as I started in Klaipeda so how does one go about going there?

Merchant in Klaipeda sells scrolls to warp to Orsha.

I went back to Orsha starting zone to trigger the main quest, did all the areas for lv1 and lv2 exp cards.
