Another good reason to not wait until summer then for full release xD Let them work on the infrastructure first, stabilize and establish their required servers, before the masses can jump in. If it is as you say, and full release in June would yield more players, then there is no harm in releasing earlier because those players still wouldnât be available to bog down the servers until June and would allow for a more gradual increase in server population vs a sudden burst =)
The original plan still seems the most worthwhile in my opinion.

perfect for all! for IMC can give time to prepare all to get the wave of people who waiting 4 the F2P server and fix some troubles and for the community who can let us test faster the server to clean a way for newbies who dont know where to go or get equip and send bugs report to the staff

Fair enough, Iâll concede on that point. Hard not to.
Keep in mind though, ToS actually doesnât need to have a huge amount of players right now. It needs a steady population. A peak, just like the argument against a fullblown open release, will only increase server stress and potentially dead âextraâ servers that bleed players after the initial moment of awe.
I think itâs actually disadvantageous to ToS/IMC to release in a peak period. It would be wise to start with the players that were already waiting for ToS now, then naturally progress into summer, compensating the leavers from the opening.

Assuming IMC would rather go for the 3 months early access model, wouldnât it be smarter to add the actual dates already then? If the obt still starts in june, that is.
Being able to play earlier will cause people to vote it. IMC should know that.
Guys really itâs not that difficult⌠this is what will happen:
IMC was ready to open the founder server on march 22 that means that the founder server is actually READY at this point in time or will be in a couple of days.
They even stated in the announcment that the 3 months gap was to give âmore value to the packâ since they felt that a shorter time wasnât enough once they saw it from other games⌠itâs not like they absolutely needed 3 months to adjust the servers.
So what happens now is easy, since the founder server is ready to go they will still launch the founder 22 march or if itâs delayed itâll be delayed just for some days.
after 1 month, so april 22, everyone will log in.
This one monthw ill be enough for them to solve many server related problems.

What good is a 1.5-2 week break in comparison to a 1-3 month server access? Wouldnât it make more sense to maximize player access potential? Iâm certain the several hundred-something population actively complaining on this forum pales in comparison to the several-thousands (or more) of new players weâd be pitching to in just a couple months.
B winning shows that weâre not a bunch of desperate players trying to play as soon as possible for free, as the âPayersâ were saying.
But a comunnity who wants to support their game but needs a fair offer to do so.
It was such a great way to make up to us, IMC, iâm really proud of your attitude

Iâm 90% certain if B wins, the release date will be pushed back. Opening servers for everyone in June is optimal because it;s summer vacation. No WAY they will do Founderâs on March 22 and release in April

Is it possible to make a bundle version too? like you buy this many of the EA pack at once at a discount rate?

I find it equally doubtful they would assume that the community understood options 1/2 meant a delayed launch. The real reason they picked June 19th was that it marked an even 90 days.
Option B has no staggered release as all 3 options are granted 1 month access. Can the servers handle the influx of players? Will there be queues even for founder servers⌠Queues really suck when you are trying to play.
Will the experience be affected if everyone rushes from one zone to another at the same time causing ks wars for quest monsters

Option B is quite nice. 1 month is quite enough.
